Transaction review

We evaluate product origin, trade route, participating parties, payment structure, and relevant restrictions for each proposed transaction.

 

Integrity and documentation

Clear records, transparent fees, and legitimate commercial purposes support our approach. Bribery, misleading representations and undocumented intermediary arrangements are inconsistent with our standards.

 

Independent clearance

Commercial interest does not replace compliance review. Preliminary contact, document receipt or inclusion in an internal system does not constitute accreditation or transaction approval.
