Sustainability

Responsible trade begins with informed decisions. We consider environmental, social and governance risks when assessing counterparties, products and delivery structures.

Responsible Sourcing

Our approach brings together origin documentation, counterparty accreditation and risk-based review. Suppliers and delivery partners are assessed against transaction requirements, applicable restrictions and relevant environmental and social risks.

Environmental Considerations

Product characteristics, handling requirements, transport routes and partner capabilities inform delivery planning. We seek appropriate documentation and qualified service providers to support responsible handling and reduce avoidable operational risks.

People & Human Rights

Respect for people, safe working practices and fair treatment guide our relationships. Human-rights and labour concerns are considered within supplier and counterparty review, with issues escalated for further assessment.

Governance & Accountability

Independent Compliance operates separately from Legal and has direct access to the Board. Counterparty screening and transaction review support documented decisions, clear responsibilities and escalation of concerns.

Energy Transition

Changing energy demand creates new trading and supply opportunities. We evaluate natural gas, LNG and other commercially viable pathways with qualified participants, subject to market conditions, technical feasibility and required permissions.
